QUALITY
We believe that our real asset is not just our range of sizes, but the quality we put into all of our products. Our standard tolerances (listed below) are closer than AISI standard TG&P tolerances. Upon request we can hold even closer tolerances for the very quality-oriented customer. Our standard RMS finish is also closer than industry standards. We guarantee 5-10 RMS on all of our bar and tube products. The straightness tolerance on Northlake material is .001 to .002 inches per foot, not more than .010 T.I.R.
We can apply all of these processes to OD tubing with the same diameter and length capabilties.
